岗位职责：

1、负责丝路中心演出、展览、艺教活动等各类业务的现场检票、售票、会员办理等工作；

2、负责观演、看展、旅游、参观、VIP等各类客户的引导、讲解工作；

3、负责丝路中心公共空间、剧场内部、后台区域、会议室、贵宾室等各类空间的接待服务工作。

任职要求：

1、形象好、气质佳，男身高180cm及以上、女身高170cm及以上；

2、具有良好的中文沟通能力，熟练的英语口语交流；

3、艺术类相关专业优先考虑，有服务类岗位工作经验，或参与过“丝绸之路”相关活动优先考虑；

4、丝绸之路沿线地区国籍优先。

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for on-site ticket checking, ticket selling and membership management of theater performances, exhibitions, art and education activities of the center;

2. Responsible for the guidance and explanation of theater performances, exhibitions, tours, visits for vips and other customers;

3. Responsible for the reception and services in public space, theater, backstage area, conference room, VIP room and other spaces of the center.

Job requirements:

1. Decent appearance and good manner, height 180cm or above for male candidates, height 170cm or above for female candidates;

2. Able to communicate in Chinese and proficient in oral English;

3. Art related majors are preferred, service related working experience or silk road related activities are preferred.

4. Nationality of countries along the silk road is preferred.
