I am an extrovert, excellent team player, easily adaptive to foreign environments, smart (hard) worker and able to work well under pressure.
I would like to take this pleasurable opportunity to express my high interest in the advertised vacant position.
To briefly describe myself, I am an extrovert who is vibrant, enthusiastic, hard-working and able to work well under pressure.
In my past working experience as a promoter for Niche Sampling Promotions and The Creative Counsel (Tcc), I have learnt to relate with different people and adapted to different cultural backgrounds. I am able to work in teams as well as an individual and can quickly adapt to new surroundings and situations. Furthermore I learnt to work towards, and achieving my aims with great commitment and perseverance.
I have also worked at Thutlwa Travel and Tours, a shuttle service company as an intern. I was appointed as the Marketing and Accounts officer within a period of 3 months and have worked really hard for the wellbeing of the company as well as gaining all the tourism industry related knowledge that I needed to learn.
In addition to customer service knowledge and experience and hospitality industry, I worked for the World renowned Ritz Carton Resort of Naples in United States of America, Florida in which I was taught first-class in Customer service in a completely different but escalated environment and was given the opportunity of actually interrelating with guests facing challenges and adapting to daily changes.
I have a diploma in tourism management which covers the following fields:
• Tourism management, marketing, Business Plan, law for tourism, tourism development, communications, economics, fares and ticketing, human resources, Microsoft office, tourism practice and destinations.

To further expand my career path, I have also worked at Carlson Wagonlit Travel and I am currently working at the Hilton Hotel in Sandton as a Journey Ambassador as well as a Front Desk Service Agent.
